Today I met Tara McPherson. She spoke at the semipermanent perth convention. I've always been a fan of her illustrations, but the talk she gave was so interesting and inspiring. Some of my favourite pieces are the comic book covers she has done for DC. After she spoke my friends and I went up and spoke to her and she signed my book. She is so cool, I want to go to New York and see her gallery.
